I used to be a member of the Raffles, Fairmont and/or Swissôtel loyalty programme(s). Where can I find all my information and past activity ?

All your details can be found in your online account at AccorHotels.com.

The «My bookings» section contains details of all past and future bookings. Initially, only stays completed from June 2018 onwards at Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel hotels will be visible in the past bookings section. Over the course of the next few months, all the Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel bookings you made prior to June 2018 will also be displayed.

The «My loyalty area and membership» section is where, among other things, you will find your Le Club AccorHotels membership card number, your current Status, your Status points balance, your Rewards points balance, your Eligible Nights balance, and your vouchers (from the Fairmont President's Club and Swissôtel).

The «My profile» section allows you to review your personal details and preferences. For security reasons, we were unable to transfer some of your personal data from your Fairmont, Raffles or Swissôtel online account. We would consequently invite you to fill in any details that are missing from your AccorHotels account.
