Yanbu al-Bahr is a popular port city on the western Madinah province of Saudi Arabia. Situated facing the famous Red Sea, Yanbu is a popular tourist destination and is known for its beaches, water sports and aquatic landscape. Yanbu played an important part on the history of Saudi Arabia, and was once a very famous port. There still remain traces of traditional fishermen houses and residential areas. In recent times, Yanbu has been a central area for numerous industrial plantations, and is home to many employees from the oil refinery and petrochemical industry. Yanbu Lakes
Truly an oasis in the desert, Yanbu Lakes is a small water body surrounded by grass area. A frequent favourite among local resident who like to go jogging around the park, relax on the lawn and spot local birds. Yanbu Lakes has plenty of local plants and trees and a small play area for children.
Yanbu Al-Bahr Beach
One of the cleanest and quietest beaches in the country, Yanbu Beach offers visitors a perfect escape from the city. Yanbui beach is popular for adventure enthusiasts with plenty of water sports on offer. Visitors can go scuba diving, sailing, fishing, jetskiing and much more.
Radhwa Mountain
Overlooking Yanbu AL-Nakhal and Yanbu AL-Bahar, Radhwa Mountain is home to the famous Juhainah tribe. It is one of the few places in the area mostly untouched by urban civilisation and visitors can experience raw mountainous wildlife and nature.
